reasonably large rooms and central heating, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, and iron and ironing board included. hotel's location was favourable and unbeatable, in great area.

The location was great in a great area, close enough to the pub on a Saturday night, various food outlets, and the restaurant. Again, the hotel was relatively close to an expansive public park. The rooms were spotlessly clean and huge with huge bed, everything was brand-new...

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The decor in the room was nice, giving it a pleasant atmosphere. The location was also convenient. However, there were a few minor drawbacks during my stay, such as the lack of hooks to hang towels and no shelves in the bathroom. Despite these small issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its overall positive experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The hotel facilities were great, including the good wifi, which was not mentioned in the description. The location of the hotel in this lovely village setting was convenient for our business trip. We also appreciated the friendly pub atmosphere next door.
Nothing that we didn't like.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with modern and clean decor that adds a touch of luxury to the stay. The staff are friendly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Additionally, the location is perfect for those visiting the NEC, making it convenient for attending exhibitions and events.
One minor aspect that could be improved is the availability of breakfast options within the hotel itself.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the hotel's great location in a lovely village. The rooms had basic amenities and even included facilities for making hot drinks, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay.
Although everything was generally okay, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of the broken bedside light in my room.

This hotel was a great value for money with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and new shower rooms. The location was excellent for my business trip, only a short drive away from the NEC. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were provided.
The only drawback was the noisy smoking area outside which was located next to my ground floor room.

Spent the New Year celebration in a cozy hotel. The staff was very friendly and offered us complementary water and snacks in our room upon arrival. The location was perfect, with easy access to various shops and bars. We especially enjoyed the balcony smoking area, which was upstairs and gave us a great view of the area. The hotel also had working Wi-Fi, which was a bonus.
The room was quite cold, and we could hear all the noise from outside due to single glazed windows. The radiators didn't do much to warm the place up, and we were woken up several times during the night due to the noise.

The welcome was warm and friendly upon arrival. The bathroom and bed linen were spotless. Issues with the room were resolved quickly. Dogs were welcome. The rooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. Amenities included an iron, ironing board, kettle, and large TV. The shower was good and complimentary soaps were provided. The location was convenient in the town center. The staff were helpful and provided amazing customer service.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable.
One of the major downsides of our stay was the noise level in the hotel. There was loud music playing until midnight, which made it difficult to sleep and relax in the evenings.
